Cancellation & Refund Policy – TataCoWorldConnects
At TataCoWorld Connect, we strive to provide high-quality services and ensure a smooth experience for all our clients. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully:
Online Services
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service.
If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the service, no refund will be issued, unless there is a valid and verifiable reason such as illness, bereavement, or other urgent circumstances beyond the client’s control.
In the case of urgent valid reasons, the client may choose either: A 75% refund of the service fee, or Rescheduling the service for another date.
In-Person Services
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service are non-refundable, except for valid reasons as mentioned above.
For valid urgent reasons, the client can choose either a 75% refund or reschedule the appointment.
Service Provider Cancellation
If TataCoWorld Connect needs to cancel a service, the client will be offered a rescheduled appointment, or A full refund of the amount paid.
How to Request a Refund or Reschedule
- Refunds or rescheduling requests must be submitted via contact email or form.
- Proof of valid reasons may be requested for approval of refunds under urgent circumstances.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Failure to cancel within the required notice period without valid justification.
- Client’s personal choice to cancel without an urgent reason.
