Service & Attendance Policy
Service Delivery
Our services are provided either online via Zoom or in person, depending on the type of service and location. For in-person services, any travel outside our base cities, as well as accommodation or related expenses, are the responsibility of the client.
Group Outings & Events
For group outings, a participation fee is required for monthly outings and annual events. This fee helps cover organization and ensures a high-quality experience for all participants.
Scheduling & Cancellation
- Online services must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance, and in-person services at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for rescheduling or partial refund.
- Cancellations made less than the required notice will not be refunded, except in urgent circumstances such as illness, bereavement, or other situations beyond the client’s control. In these cases, clients may receive a 75% refund or reschedule their service.
- If TataCoWorld Connect cancels a service, clients will be offered a rescheduled appointment or a full refund.
Technical Requirements for Online Services
Participants are responsible for having a stable internet connection, a working webcam, and access to Zoom. We are not responsible for technical issues on the client’s side that may affect participation.
