These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all services and products provided by TataCoWorldConnects , including coaching, personal support, and product purchases. By accessing our website or booking a service/purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. About Us
TataCoWorldConnects offers a range of personal services and curated lifestyle products designed to promote well-being, connection, and empowerment.
Our activities include:
- Services: Coaching, comforting emotinal support , integration support, pratical etc. Our services are delivered online or in person in agreed locations. We do not operate from a fixed physical office.
- By joining and participating in a support group, you agree to respect the guidelines, maintain confidentiality, and follow the policies set by TataCoWorld Connect.
3. Bookings & Payments
All services must be booked in advance.
Payment must be completed before any session, event, or product is delivered.

-Cash (for local or in-person services only, by mutual agreement)
-Debit card
Some packages or special offers may include non-refundable deposits.
4. How Our Services Are Delivered
Our services are offered online via Zoom or in person, depending on the type of service and the location. For in-person services, any travel outside our base cities, as well as accommodation or other related expenses, are the responsibility of the client.
For group outings, a participation fee is required to cover monthly outings and annual events. This fee helps us organize and provide quality experiences for all participants.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Coaching sessions or online services must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. No refund will be issued for missed appointments or late cancellations..
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to use our services respectfully, lawfully, and in alignment with our values:
inclusivity, confidentiality, respect, and non-judgment.
TataCoWorldConnects reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in case of inappropriate behavior, abuse, or harassment.
7. Confidentiality & Data Protection
We take your privacy seriously. All personal information and conversations are kept confidential.
We comply with GDPR standards and never sell or share your personal data.
8. Limitation of Liability
TataCoWorldConnects provides non-medical, non-therapeutic support services.
We are not liable for emotional consequences, misinterpretations, or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services or products.
