⚠️ What to keep in mind

1. Transport is charged separately, based on distance and region. Please ask for an estimate before confirming.
2. A minimum of one hour is always charged, even if the meeting is shorter, to cover preparation, presence, and follow-up.
3. If an official action is needed, a written proxy (signed permission) must be provided in advance.
4. We guarantee a clear report of what was said or decided  in writing or via call.
5. We do not handle legal representation in court or high-level administrative procedures (unless discussed beforehand).
