Life can be challenging, and men often face struggles that are hard to talk about in a society that expects men to always be strong. But even the strongest men need support, and it’s important to remember that men have feelings too. The Men’s Support Group provides a safe, non-judgmental space where you can openly share your experiences, challenges, and victories with others who understand.

Your Membership Includes:

• Monthly Online  or In-Person Sessions: Join a group call every month, led by a female coordinator who provides unique insights into women, relationships, and effective communication.
• Discount on individual listening sessions and more..
• Quarterly activities: participate in social or sports outings such as football games, film nights, or informal meetups designed to build friendships and strengthen group cohesion.
• Personalized Support: Each member receives a welcoming intake session.

Fees: €40/year membership + €20 per activity
Membership Limit: 40 members per year
