 How the Program Works – 5 Sessions

Our coaching program guides couples step by step through 5 structured sessions:

• 1️⃣ Session 1 – Listening: Understand each partner’s perspective and identify key issues.
• 2️⃣ Session 2 – Understanding: Explore emotions, needs, and love languages to deepen empathy.
• 3️⃣ Session 3 – Mediation: Work through conflicts and unspoken frustrations in a safe space.
• 4️⃣ Session 4 – Solutions: Develop practical tools and strategies tailored to your relationship.
• 5️⃣ Session 5 – Conclusion: Apply changes, celebrate progress, and plan next steps for ongoing growth.
